Accountant – Accounts & Advisory
Artemis Human Capital is pleased to be partnering with a growing accounting & consulting firm as they seek to recruit an Accountant to their dynamic team. This position is open to part-qualified & newly qualified professionals coming from an accountancy practice background & offers excellent scope into a varied position working across a truly enviable client portfolio.
Job Overview
This role provides the successful candidate a true mix & variety of work, which includes:
- Preparation of management & statutory accounts.
- Budgeting, forecasting & financial modelling.
- Preparation of VAT returns, tax returns (corporate & personal), and payroll returns.
- Involvement across ad-hoc advisory & consultancy projects.
Candidate Criteria
- Strong previous experience within a general practice role is ideal, consideration will be given to those coming from different backgrounds if a relevant skill set can be demonstrated.
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (open to those IATI qualified or QBE).
- Excellent communication & organisational skills.
- Detail orientated with the ability to work to a high-degree of accuracy.
- Ideally you will be looking for a mixed role across accounting, tax, & advisory work and happy to work in a truly ‘hands-on’ capacity with the firm’s enviable client portfolio.
- Proactive & solution-orientated individual.
