Insolvency and Corporate Finance Senior
Our client, a leading professional services firm based in Dublin, is seeking a high-calibre Insolvency and Corporate Finance Associate to join their fast-growing advisory team. This is a key hire at an exciting time of expansion, offering real responsibility, client exposure, and a clear path to progression.
You’ll be working alongside experienced dealmakers, supporting on a range of transactions including M&A, MBOs, fundraisings, valuations, and strategic advisory across sectors. The role is hands-on and client-facing from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the completion of all aspects of receivership, liquidation and other related insolvency projects.
- Assist with the delivery of a broad range of financial monitoring projects.
- Provide administration support with property transactions and assist teams with undertaking asset management assignments
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including pitch decks, Information Memoranda, and strategic reviews
- Conduct industry and company analysis to support deal origination and execution
- Interact with clients, investors, legal advisors and other stakeholders throughout the deal cycle
- Collaborate with senior team members on business development and new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing ACA/ ACCA exams (Part Qualified).
- Demonstrable understanding of risk, and Companies Act 2014 and awareness of topical issues.
- Basic knowledge of the development of Corporate Finance & Restructuring strategies and Terms of Engagement for individual engagements.
- Proven ability to work on a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
