Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a brilliant business who are going from strength to strength. Operating for over 30 years’ they have established themselves as a leader at the forefront of their industry and a pillar in the local community.
Due to continued expansion, they have a newly created position for an Accounts Assistant to join and play an essential role in supporting the busy finance function.
This role will report to the FC and will involve:
- Bank reconciliations.
- Accruals and prepayments.
- Maintenance of AP and AR ledgers.
- Expenses and petty cash.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience within a similar finance role – the salary will be dependent on level of experience.
- Strong IT skills, in particular MS Excel.
- Highly desirable if someone has an accountancy qualification or working towards that.
- Solution orientated.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
