Head of FP&A (exclusive)
Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working exclusively with a hugely successful and highly acquisitive business to appoint a Head of FP&A.
Reporting to the CFO and with close interaction with the wider management team this is a high profile role, heavily involved in business strategy, extensive stakeholder management and M&A activity.
The Role:
- Own and manage the FP&A function
- Produce clear weekly and monthly financial reporting and divisional KPIs against budget
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring robust and efficient processes are in place
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyse results across the group and drive growth
- Own and manage the planning and budgeting process
- Compile and present commercial commentary and analysis
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret and manipulate data
- Advanced Excel skills within experience of financial modelling
- Ability to lead a team
- A strategic thinker
- Excellent business partnering skills
- Previous experience within a corporate finance environment would be beneficial
