Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a family run manufacturing business in Waringstown. Our client has been operating for over 15 years’ and are a multi award-winning local company.
This role is a newly created position within the finance function due to expansion and will report to the Finance Manager, providing support and driving the business forward through making an invaluable contribution to a high performing accounts team.
As the company’s new Finance Assistant, you will be involved in:
- Bank reconciliations.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Maintaining Fixed Asset Register.
- Working collaboratively alongside the wider finance team to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
- Checking accuracy of invoices and dealing with supplier queries.
Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role.
- Previous purchase ledger experience is essential.
- Experience using Sage 50 is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and adhering to deadlines.
